This Position reports to:

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the precise and timely administration of pre-sale customer requests to support well-informed customer decisions. Each day, you will support with the adaption and implementation of the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the Sales team in all pre-sale customer activities (price & availability, quote status, pre-sale technical questions, etc.).
- Maintaining proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and provides them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing and leading special price requests as per the relevant requirements (dates, customer and company data, discounts, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
- Collecting and archiving the documentation regarding opportunities, Special Price Agreements, and/or contracts and recording the assumptions and decisions taken during the process, in the systems within your scope of responsibility.
Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills
- You have 5 years of experience in relevant field
- You are at ease communicating
