This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.

The work model for the role is: onsite, #LI-onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service/ELSE/Service execution in Thailand.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.
  • Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
  • Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams.
  • Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are engaged in working with site management and the industrial/data center market.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in site installation, testing and commissioning of MV and LV SWGR and TR. Working as site management with MV and LV SWGR including protective relay.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft office and especially MS Project.
  • Collaboration and problem solving & decision making.
  • Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • You are at ease communicating in Thai & English.
