ABB is a supplier of solutions for increased productivity and energy efficiency. ABB Industrial Automation provides safety and automation systems, IT-solutions, drives and electrical systems, telecommunication systems and instrumentation to onshore and offshore installations. We deliver solutions to a wide variety of industries e.g. aluminium, cement, chemical, food and beverage, life sciences, metal, mining, oil & gas, power generation and pulp and paper. ABB's Industrial Automation-operations in Norway are located in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Hammerfest and Stord.
This position involves programming, system configuration, hardware setup of ABB's control systems and technical sales support. The controllers will typically be AC800M, Advant, Harmony/Symphony+ and Melody. The job involves tasks as sales support, planning, estimation and execution of engineering activities, testing, installation, and commissioning at site (onshore or offshore). Travelling must be expected.
The position is located at ABB's office in Bergen.

We are looking for people with engineering degree, bachelor or master (B.Sc./M.Sc.), within the areas of automation, cybernetics, IT, process control or similar. It is important that you are interested in coding, have a service mindset, have customer focus, and wants to deliver good quality.
Experience with control system is required. Good communication skills in English, verbal and written is important as we use English in our daily work.
