This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support for ABB RobotStudio software, including software installation & commissioning, simulation environment setup, offline programming, path debugging, and application of tool functions.
• Proficient in using the robot simulation platform to complete project simulation verification, cycle time optimization, collision detection, logic debugging and other related tasks.
• Support on-site robot commissioning, complete Sim-Real process effectively until full delivery.
• Communicate with customers and on-site engineers, answer questions about robots and software usage, and provide technical solutions & troubleshooting support.
• Collect customers' practical application requirements, pain points and industry feedback, compile demand records and synchronize relevant information for internal optimization iteration.
• Organize technical documents, FAQs and application cases to improve internal support efficiency and customer experience.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• College degree or above; majored in Automation, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Integration, Robotics Engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
• 3+ year of working experience in the industrial robot industry; experience in robot commissioning, simulation or technical support is preferred.

Professional Skills

• Familiar with industrial robot motion logic, coordinate system, I/O logic and basic commissioning methods; able to complete robot commissioning independently.
• Skilled in using RobotStudio for robot simulation, offline programming, project modeling and debugging.
• Proficient in common functional modules of the software; able to independently resolve common issues regarding software operation, simulation configuration and program debugging.

• Good customer communication skills, capable of accurately understanding and sorting out customer needs.
• Have market and application sensitivity, able to extract valuable product optimization suggestions from projects and customer scenarios.
• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; able to adapt to the working rhythm of technical support roles.
