Your Role and Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The work model for the role is: Hybird

This role is contributing to the TW ELDS order registration through AR collection. Ensuring accuracy of the order registration and cooperating with procurement, SCM, sales and PM team to ensure timely goods delivery and invoicing. Acting as gate keeper to ensure order registration is inline with ABB policy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
  • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the Role (Mandatory)

You will have:

  • 8-10 years experienced in Order handling and customer service in Industrial, Healthcare or FMCG MNC.
  • Proven track record - hands on yet strategic and savvy partner to Sales/ Project team with accountability, ownership, sense of emergency/prioritization.
  • Problem solving orienting, logical thinker and first-time quality mind set.
  • Team player, proactive, able to work independently in a multi-tasks environment.
  • Embraces changes and able to work cross departments, functions cooperation.
