This position reports to: Sales Support Manager

We are looking for candidates for the position "Sales Support Specialist (m/f)" for the ABB Operation Center Europe with branches in Ostrava, Pilsen and Brno.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive solutions for Paper Machine Drive Systems in the paper and pulp industry.

If you have experience in the technical field, you want to continue to use it and deepen it, but you no longer want to travel abroad on frequent business trips, for example, then this position is exactly for you.

Job Description

You will work in an international team that provides comprehensive solutions for control and drives systems in the paper and pulp industry.

As a member of the ABB regional (European) center in Ostrava, you will work with European ABB representatives and European customers (paper mills).

Based on the quotation requests, you will provide the technical and commercial information needed to create the quotation.

You will lead the creation of ABB solutions (technical and commercial offer) so that they meet the needs of customers.

You will create and update necessary tender documents, e.g. scope of supply, cost estimates, technical specification, time schedule..., based on input from technical experts and project engineering department.

You will communicate the offered solutions, make updates based on information from customers /ABB Salesteam.

You will monitor and integrate knowledge from implemented projects into new offers.

Who We Are Looking For

Interest in learning new things

Technical education (bachelor or engineering degree in electrical engineering, IT or mechanical engineering)

Interest in Commercial processes

Knowledge of MS Office tools

Ability to work independently and deliver results

English language at a communicative level

Advantage:

Knowledge of automation and IT

Another foreign language besides English is a great advantage

Experience in automation or paper manufacturing
