Local Sales Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product sales and marketing strategies in your assigned area to meet business objectives and align with ABB's global product strategy. Each day, you will support the Sales organization in facilitating sales of Frequency Converters, increasing both new and existing business by ensuring customers have relevant knowledge of ABB products and solutions. You will focus primarily on front-end sales activities and customer engagement. You will be supported by a dedicated back-end technical sales and service team to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions to customers.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area in Lithuania. Main stakeholders include local customers, suppliers, product management, and the sales and marketing teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Participating in sales strategy discussions, setting goals, and creating product group sales plans aligned with local go-to-market strategies.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offerings, ensuring efficient marketing actions and clear communication of ABB's value proposition.
- Supporting customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, and providing technical support during meetings and negotiations.
- Taking ownership of post-sales support, resolving customer issues, and managing non-conformity cases according to internal processes.
Qualifications for the role:
- You have a degree in electrical engineering or a similar technical field.
- You bring product sales and marketing experience in the local market
- You are skilled in customer relationship management, with a proficient focus on delivering value and resolving issues
- You focus on front-end Technical sales, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets
- Driving license B
- You focus on delivering results and maintaining supportive relationships with those around you
While the final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience, the starting base salary for this role is 3500 EUR per month. In addition to the salary, we offer a company car, an annual performance-based bonus, private health insurance, and sports compensation.
