This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager, NAM.
The work model for the role is hybrid. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and empower departmental organization, key performance indicators and other supporting functions to achieve departmental targets and goals. This is achieved by providing insight and support into the history of business, maintain automated KPI via digital file maintenance, flagging issues with order in transit and providing administrative system support for non-front facing credits and requests.
This role is contributing to the Emergency and Hazardous Location Lighting in the United States of America. Main stakeholders are Regional Sales Manager, Agents, Service Depots and other market partners.
