This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to repair a variety of water sensors and analyzers and subassemblies. Each day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective problem resolution. You will also showcase your expertise by executing work as per first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the UviTec Product line for the Measurement & Analytics division in Whitby ON

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines
• Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing
• Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available
• Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation
• Creating and modifying Service guides for use with local service centers and end users

Qualifications for the role

• 3 Year Electronics/Electromechanical technician/technology
• 2+ years' work experience
• Good working knowledge of the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite
• Use of the software environment SAP
• Proven ability to read circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Adaptable team player
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics
• Valid passport and Driver's License

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $54,375 and $79,750 annually
