This Position reports to:

R&D Team Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

· Participate in the mechanical structure design of motor/generator products, including 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing of core components such as stator, rotor, casing, and cooling system.

· Have innovative ideas and provide innovative solutions in the daily product development process.

· Assist the project manager in delivering project results.

· Provide technical support for pre-sales, production processes, procurement, after-sales service, etc.

Qualifications for the Role

· Bachelor and above in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related.

· 3+ years of experience in Motor and Generator design.

· Knowledge in NX/TC and other 3D design software, AutoCAD, Office programs.

· Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and teamwork skills, willingness and ability to learn.

· Fluent in written, reading and oral English.
