This position reports to: R&D Team Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Product research, development and design for motor and generator products
• Technological breakthroughs and innovation
• Cross departmental collaboration and project management
• Technical specifications and knowledge management

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor and above
• Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related
• Over 3 years of experience in motor and generator design
• Knowledge in NX/TC and other 3D design software, AutoCAD, Office programs
• Fluent in written, reading and oral English
• Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn
• Proficient in mechanical design, with experience in the research, development, and design of motors and generators preferred
