Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

  • Be responsible for the research and development of switch cabinets for medium-voltage distribution systems, with a focus on the structure and insulation design of switch cabinets.
  • During the R&D process, necessary computer-aided design analysis and calculation should be carried out to ensure design quality, such as mechanical or electric field simulation operations.
  • Use DFA/DFM tools (for manufacturing and assembly design) for auxiliary design.
  • Coordinate and handle the problems arising during the testing process of medium-voltage switch cabinets and ensure that the products can smoothly pass the tests. Provide technical support for all the work of the factory.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

  • Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation (High Voltage Electrical Appliances, High Voltage Insulation Technology or Power Electronics preferred) or Mechanical Design.
  • Familiar with the design software SolidWorks; Those with simulation experience in insulation, mechanics, etc. will be given priority.
  • Possess strong learning ability, communication skills and stress resistance. Proficient in using computer office software.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in oral English.
