This Position Reports To:

Service Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of service projects in the low voltage area – from offer creation to successful project completion. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and field service and keep all threads in hand.

You are primarily responsible for:

• Collaboration with sales in the development of service projects and the creation of market-appropriate offers for our customers
• Independent handling of customer orders from order acceptance to handover and revenue recognition including order clarification with customers, sales, and specialist departments
• Coordination of all project-related specialist departments while ensuring the adherence to time and cost targets
• Evaluation and monitoring of project risks as well as active management of claims
• Participation in product selection and third-party service assignment in the context of technical and contractual requirements
• Planning, supervision, and technical leadership of on-site service and commissioning personnel
• Creation of reports, end documentation, and project completion reports as well as coordination of contractual project handover

Qualifications For The Role

• Completed studies in electrical engineering (focus on energy technology) or comparable qualification as technician/master
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the service or energy sector
• Sound knowledge in the area of low voltage switchboards, basic knowledge in engineering; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as confident stakeholder and time management
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as part of project support, including site visits
