ABB is looking for project leaders who have solid technical competence and experience as project engineers and/or from commissioning, preferably from the maritime industry or offshore, for our business area Marine Service, Modernization. ABB Marine delivers electrical propulsion, power, and automation systems for the safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation of various vessels within the offshore, wind, passenger ferry, and offshore segments.
We at Modernization work to upgrade and further develop these systems in accordance with future requirements for new technology in low- and zero-emission technology. We deliver the most innovative solutions to reduce emissions, modernize, and extend the life of ABB systems in accordance with the classification societies' regulations. More and more of our customers want to upgrade according to the latest classification notations, which is among the most challenging projects in the marine industry.
As a project leader, you will be part of a knowledgeable, multidisciplinary team dedicated to working on the upgrade of ships and rigs in line with the green shift.
