This Position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

Develops and implements production processes for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
Prepares detailed process designs, layouts, and work instructions; conducts process trials and validation tests to ensure production readiness.
Analyzes production costs, cycle times, and resource utilization; provides technical input for supplier selection and qualification in coordination with Supply Chain Management.
Supervises, coaches, and mentor junior engineers; assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures quality delivery while promoting continuous learning and development.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

BS in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent industry certification with 3-7 years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in process development, implementation, and validation for production environments
Strong background in cost analysis, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams
