This position reports to: ELDS Marketing & Sales Manager

Your Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy in the assigned area, in order to meet business objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will execute marketing activities and provide support to the Sales organization to drive the sales and services of the corresponding products. Additionally, you will leverage technical expertise to contribute to commercial efficiency through the delivery of information, product knowledge, and appropriate training.

The work model for this position is Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the marketing plan for the assigned portfolio, aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and train sales channels (integrators, tableristas, partners).
  • Actively support the sales process, working in conjunction with Sales and Sales Support areas.
  • Gather and analyze market information, including trends, commercial conditions, and key player movements.
  • Drive the positioning of the digitalization portfolio in Mining and Energy clients, directly contributing to sales volume and market share.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in commercial or technical presales roles.
  • Proven knowledge of medium voltage products, electrical protections, and the energy market.
  • Intermediate or higher level English (professional use) and fluent Spanish.
  • Key soft skills: proactivity, self-management, effective communication, and ability to present and train technical audiences.

Differentials

  • Knowledge in digital substations.
  • Handling of communication protocols such as IEC 61850 and GOOSE.
  • Previous experience working with channels, integrators, or partners.
  • Interest and motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
