This position reports to: Direct Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will have the opportunity to drive sales and market growth for Digital Solutions in New Zealand. You will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

  • Create, plan, and deliver the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning aligned with global strategy.
  • Drive achievement of key commercial metrics, including total demand orders, growth margin %, net price variance, NPS, inventory turn, and on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and coordinate activities across local divisions and business units to ensure profitable market development.
  • Create product demand by promoting technical capabilities, providing solutions, and using a value-based selling approach to support Sales teams.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
  • Solid experience working with relays and control systems
  • Knowledge of digital power solutions, protection and control technologies, and relevant software/platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for developing customer-focused solutions and collaborating to drive sales growth
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand (valid work visa)
  • Valid New Zealand driver's licence (role includes customer visits)
