Process Engineer (M/F/D) Final Products HMI

This position reports to: Teamleiter

In this role, you will optimize assembly methods, processes and production equipment within the Final Products HMI area. You will make a significant contribution to improving quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness, and you will support innovative process solutions from initial concept through to full implementation.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month.

  • Analysis, optimization and further development of assembly methods, processes and equipment in a production environment
  • Identification, implementation and support of improvement projects, taking quality, cost, efficiency and safety requirements into account
  • Technological support for production as well as assistance during commissioning and process ramp-ups
  • Evaluation of new process technologies and involvement in test activities as well as supplier decisions

What it takes to Run what runs the world:

  • Completed technical education and experience in a production-related environment
  • Professional experience in process engineering or production optimization
  • Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Well-developed analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of Lean Management and the optimization of work processes
  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of initiative and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Effective communication skills and clear team orientation

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
