This position reports to: Process & Planning Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: onsite
- After training, project management related to the analysis of production and non-production processes and their optimization
- Defining assignments and direction in automation, digitization and innovation for office and manufacturing environments
- Accepting responsibility for the company's core technology, its development and problem solving
- Collaborating on the analysis and optimization of software tools for production management (production line software, production information system, SAP, etc.)
- Improving productivity and finding savings
Qualifications for the Role
- University degree in economics (operations management / industrial engineering) or technical (electrical/engineering) or relevant experience
- Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage, but the position is also suitable for graduates
- Logical and systems thinking, analytical skills
- Technical thinking and orientation in new technologies
- English language at a minimum B1 level, communicative proficiency
- Communicative, independent and able to work in a team
