This position reports to:
HR Operations Cluster Lead for Central Europe
Your Role and Responsibilities
The working time model for this position is: Hybrid
You are mainly responsible for:
- Supporting and participating in the daily operations of various HR processes, such as flexoffice/home office, maintenance of external employees, filing in the electronic personnel file, etc. Creation of documents, master data maintenance in the SAP HR system, processing of business processes in Workday, etc.
- Identifying potential for improvement in process flows
Qualifications for the Role
- Commercial education, study (e.g. Bachelor of Arts)
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, knowledge in SAP HR system is advantageous
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing, basic knowledge in English is advantageous
