Key responsibilities:

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for production and material planning in electronic manufacturing
- Develops and maintains capacity and material plans (RCCP, MRP)
- Coordinates between production, procurement, product management, and supply chain
- Analyzes inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production deviations
- Defines and maintains planning parameters (e.g. safety stock, lead time, lot size)
- Performs ABC/XYZ analysis and optimizes inventory strategy
- Identifies and implements actions to improve process efficiency and supplier performance
Qualifications for the role:
- At least 2 years of experience in production or material planning, ideally in electronic manufacturing / PCBA production
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (focus: material management) and MS Office
- Good understanding of electronic production processes and supply chain interdependencies
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and proficient English (written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Germany required
