This position reports to:

Service Project Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In the order processing in the medium voltage service sector, you will be responsible for order entry and tracking in SAP and will be in regular contact with internal and external interfaces. Do you feel at home in order processing? Become part of our motivated team and apply now!

The work model for this position is: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

You are mainly responsible for:

• Order part processing considering capacities and material availability
• Creation of order confirmations and maintenance of master data and sales data in SAP
• Coordination with customers and internal interfaces in case of deviations from delivery dates
• Review and processing of incoming orders as well as continuous control of order statuses in SAP and Excel
• Coordination of appointment arrangements with logistics and production in case of changes
• Acceptance of customer inquiries in warranty cases and support of quality management in complaints

Qualifications for the Role

• Completed commercial training (office clerk, industrial clerk or equivalent)
• First professional experience in order processing is advantageous - beginners are welcome
• Sound knowledge of MS Office - desirable in SAP or another CRM tool
• Fluent German and conversational English skills
