This Position reports to:

Marketing&Sales Mgr & Commercial Leader

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Services Marketing Specialist for Electrification Services business, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies to meet business objectives and in line with global and local business strategy. Reporting to Market Development Manager, you will be executing all marketing activities, and support sales organization in driving the portfolio of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage services.

Work Mode: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

  • Assessing market potential based on installed base and market data.
  • Defining and implementing go-to-market and lead generation programs and pricing strategy for the full Electrification Services Portfolio.
  • Ensuring proper market coverage and pipe generation and focusing on timely achievement of orders, sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Defining and executing annual marketing plan and focusing on target portfolio analysis.
  • Ensuring performance monitoring and market analysis through Salesforce and other relevant tools.
  • Coordinating with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans.
  • Evaluating and improving end-user and partner ecosystem based on existing market data.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Degree qualifications in Engineering or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing planning and implementation within the service business.
  • Computer savvy: MS applications, SAP, Salesforce.
  • Experience in service of Electrification, Automation or another relevant field.
  • Excellent communications, strategic and analytical skills.
  • Business acumen, entrepreneurial mind-set and result-focused.
