This Position Reports To:

Marketing Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

You bring structure to technical and commercial processes when things get complex. In this role, you will manage central operations around offers, orders, and processing - close to the product and in close collaboration with various interfaces.

The working model for this position is: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

You are mainly responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining orders and purchases in SAP, including handling MSOE blocks and generating internal and external orders from Banfen
• Creating commercial offers and sending all offer documents
• Processing and maintaining order confirmations, including starting and tracking the signature workflows and handling subsequent changes
• Creating credits according to technical and commercial specifications and initiating and following up on related workflows
• Coordinating preliminary planning for customer acceptances in the plants and initiating and tracking the dispatch workflows for control units
• Creating and maintaining complaints in SFDC
• Taking on the SAP key user role
• Conducting internal training and maintaining relevant manuals and text templates

Qualifications For The Role

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in order processing, ideally in a technical environment
• Solid knowledge of SAP (SD/MM); experience with SFDC is advantageous
• Structured and process-oriented working style with a good understanding of technical and commercial interrelations
• Team capability, communication skills, and the willingness to take responsibility and share knowledge
