Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is: LI-onsite/hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defines the service offerings of cloud services. Manages lifecycle of service offerings and associated catalogs. Ensures continuously improves service delivery by initiating execution of technical improvement plans.
• Works with suppliers to provide 24 x 7 operational support for our cloud services. Builds and maintains the cloud operations related procedures and policies, define key performance indicators, and contribute to and enhance security policies and procedures for cloud services. Manages the relationship with the cloud hosting/3rd party providers.
• Ensures continuously improves service delivery by initiating execution of technical improvement plans. Serves as an expert on our operational performance, and devises innovative strategies for improvement. Identifies, evaluates, and recommends item options and implements them in the service catalogue by adding or changing service catalogue items. Participates in projects that have a service catalog component.
• Defines and implements the automation processes for cloud operations, including defining automation needs, usage of DevOps/system configuration tools. Works with the cloud teams to build/use automation tools to provide fast, compliant list of cloud operations. Is required to manage all requests for catalogue changes. Is responsible to describe and provide regular communication about all catalogue changes to all stakeholders and ensures that information is presented effectively.
• Provides people leadership for the team, including designing training programs, onboarding programs, and identifying key players within your organization.

Qualifications for the Role

• Graduate/Master's degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
• 8-10 years of experience in related field or role
• Knowledge in ServiceNow, ITIL 4 certification
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
