This position reports to:

Senior Principal Scientist

At Corporate Technology Center in Kraków we create innovative solutions, implemented in ABB products and systems.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as an intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced scientists on exciting projects that contribute to real-world applications.

Tasks:

• Assist in the research and development of new components/materials for Electrification
• Conduct measurements, experiments and analyze data
• Collaborate with the team members to solve technical challenges
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings
• Support of the team in daily tasks

Requirements:

• III or IV year student at the Faculty of Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety protocols
• Passion for innovation and sustainability
• Ability to use power tools
• Knowledge of CAD programs will be an advantage
