This position reports to:

Lead HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR support specialist to join our HR department in the Operational Center in Ostrava on a part-time basis (approximately 4 hours per day with the possibility of HPP or DPČ). If you enjoy administration and HR, you love order and you want to be part of a friendly HR team, this could be a great start in the world of human resources.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of employment contracts and completion of onboarding documents
• Management of onboarding application for new employees
• Coordination in the preparation of onboarding materials for new employees (ID cards, SIM cards, etc.)
• Administration of HR documents – ensuring employee signatures and archiving
• Regular communication with colleagues across the company and with candidates before joining

Your profile:

• Ability to communicate in English at B2 level
• Experience in administrative work, ideally in the HR field
• Meticulousness, independence, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to help colleagues
• Regular presence in the office in the center of Ostrava
• Experience with MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
