This position reports to HR Front Office Lead.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the HR Front Office team in Brno as administrative support in HR. You don't need prior experience in human resources—what matters to us is proficiency in MS Excel and an intermediate level of English. This position is also suitable for students or parents on parental leave.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team with HR administrative tasks
  • Archiving and scanning HR documentation
  • Updating local manuals
  • Assisting with HR projects

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Secondary school education
  • Intermediate English skills (mainly email communication)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel – working with data, pivot tables, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
