In the role of Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of three regional field service managers as well as our workshop located in Västerås. Our assignments range from installation & commissioning to repairs, preventive maintenance, modifications and extensions of substations within low and medium voltage. You will be responsible for ensuring and developing the availability of field service personnel including subcontractors and partners for the execution of field activities in Sweden. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and compliance of operational processes with the goal of delivering with quality, efficiency, safety and highest customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with both sales, project and contract organization to analyze future needs and develop our delivery capacity.

Preferred locations: Västerås, Karlstad, Skellefteå, Luleå.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and develop the availability of field service competence for Electrification Service in Sweden for the delivery of our complete service portfolio.
• Own, develop and implement the strategy for the field service organization on a national level including organization, competencies, suppliers & partnerships, workshop resources, instruments and equipment etc.
• Own, develop and implement operational processes, instructions and tools for the own organization.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of work environment, safety and quality requirements (HSE).
• Full responsibility for business & delivery of service orders.
• Responsibility for growth and results for project and contract deliveries through collaboration with project, and contract organization.
• Represent the field service organization and workshop activities in the local management group.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships in collaboration with sales, project, and contract organization as well as the own team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership within service, industry, technical activities or similar.
• Good understanding of service processes and customer-oriented work.
• Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in resource allocation and operational management.
• Knowledge in work environment and safety (HSE/OHS).
• Experience in project management or improvement work is meritorious.
• Entitlement A or AL is meritorious.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, combined with good communicative ability and strong collaboration skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented and result-driven.
