Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. The work model for the role is #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Measurement Products Analytical & Service Business Unit in Italy.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any service category.
- Your main tasks will be installing and maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System and carrying out repair and preventive maintenance. To prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service.
- You will support sales on service offers for revamping\ upgrading and spare parts on systems and you will deal with technical site intervention during on call service availability that could be over night or during weekend.

Qualifications For The Role
- You hold a diploma in Maintenance, Automation, Electrics or Electronics field.
- You are highly skilled in working with analysis system, instruments and have a knowledge in maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System.
- You have at least 2/3 years of experience in service with proficiency in various service and test mythologies, relevant in-house and industrial standards related to Measurement Products Analytical.
- Experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Chemical, Oil & Gas or Power Plant market will be highly advantageous.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, other languages would be considered a plus.
- You are able to manage work with autonomy and to work in team.
- You are willing to travel for frequent short or medium duration missions (included abroad) and have ability and skill to manage proactively the customer relationship and critical situation.
- You are able to manage on call service and following on-site intervention depending on schedule 24h/365gg, with no obstacle for traveling and have valid driving license.
