This Position reports to:

Field Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a skilled electrical specialist, you will ensure that everything related to electronics functions smoothly on our construction sites. Your focus is on troubleshooting and maintaining medium and high voltage products both domestically and abroad. Do you love working directly on products and have a high willingness to travel? You are primarily responsible for:

• Driving your workshop vehicle directly from the home office to the relevant construction sites throughout the country and providing support to customers nationwide and occasionally abroad.
• Close and trusting cooperation with construction managers, technicians, and control system engineers.
• Timely and safe connection after maintenance measures or after troubleshooting – the precise modification of our control system products including the consistent consideration of relevant safety regulations.
• Creation and revision of maintenance protocols and documentation, procedural steps, and specifications.
• Routine induction of customer personnel.

Qualifications for the Role

• Successful training with an electrical background, such as mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of energy technology.
• Excellent German and good English in speech and writing.
• Flexible, assertive personality that thinks entrepreneurially, with a clear customer orientation and adept at dealing with different cultures.
• Very high willingness to travel with several overnight stays per week.
