This Position reports to:

Field Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a skilled electrical specialist, you will ensure that everything functions smoothly in terms of energy distribution and control on our construction sites. Your focus is on troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of low-voltage products domestically. You love working directly with products and are comfortable traveling nationally? You are primarily responsible for:

• Close cooperation with construction site managers, installers, control system technicians, and customers
• Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of energy technology products
• Timely and safe switching after maintenance measures or troubleshooting, as well as the modification of control system products
• In your daily work, you take into account the relevant safety regulations
• Creation of performance records, maintenance logs and documentation, procedural sequences, and specifications and training of customer personnel

Qualifications for the Role

• Successful training as a mechatronic technician or energy electronics technician
• Knowledge in control system construction is advantageous
• Openness to new products and corresponding enthusiasm for new techniques
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of energy technology
• Excellent German and good English in speech and writing
• Flexible, assertive personality that thinks entrepreneurially, convinces with a clear customer orientation, and skillfully handles different cultures
