Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the field service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. The work model for the role is: Onsite. You are highly skilled in customer service in switchgear business. You have 20 to 25 years of experience in develop and execute service strategies aligned with business goals. You have strong technical expertise on LV and MV Switchgear portfolio. Possess an enhanced knowledge of Data Center, Relays, Switchgear, Grid Components and Solutions service execution. You are passionate about Care, Modernization and Advisory. Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time). You are at ease communicating in English, Hindi and Marathi.
