Your Role: Own The Challenge
Provides technical support and solves problems in the own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation and commissioning; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades and retrofits; end-of-life services, replacements, etc.)
Investigates customer needs through professional consulting and provides technical consulting on Service solutions, and advisory service.
Prepares all drawings, documents and reports to be approved by the customer representative, prepare Bill of Material to the project to meet contractual obligations.
Coordinates with Manufacturing and Testing functions to ensure the technical solutions are appropriately manufactured and tested, works to reduce the cost and improve the quality of delivery of service and projects.
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Design Electrification and Automation
Knowledge of Design MV & LV switchgears, Control systems & Protection, basic knowledge of technical standards (IEC 62271-200 / IEC 61439)
Experience in using AutoCAD, EPLAN, SAP, knowledge in Substation SCADA systems, knowledge of ETAP is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English Language
