We are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer at ABB Operational Center Europe.

Then this position could be just for you. We are expanding the team that takes care of implementing and supporting new projects based on the on-premise edge container platform developed by ABB in collaboration with Redhat.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of digital projects based on existing on-premise edge solution
• Monitoring infrastructure and analyzing problems
• Collaboration in an international team
• Working with the latest technologies (Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes, MS Azure, etc.)

Who We Are Looking For:

• Advanced knowledge of Linux operating system, preferably RHEL
• Knowledge of Windows Server operating system
• Knowledge of containerization (Podman, Docker, K8s)
• Knowledge of Bash scripting
• Knowledge of virtualization VMware, HyperV
• Willingness to continue learning and working both in a team and independently
• English language at least at B2 level

An advantage is:

• Knowledge of Ansible and OpenShift
• Knowledge of OPC UA and Modbus protocols
• Experience with Monitoring and Logging
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, SQLite, MySql, etc.)
• Willingness to travel
