You will act as an escalation point for the service desk for all things network related. As a Network Support Engineer you will bring your experience with Cisco, Juniper networking, and next generation firewall technologies to assist in providing superior customer experience and technology. This position requires a high level of professionalism while performing daily network support tasks as required. While Network Support Engineers primarily work on the "manage and maintain" aspect of client support, they also have the ability to promote infrastructure improvements and assist with client projects and assessments as needs arise.
