We're looking for a Signature Account Manager to oversee our resort and high-end commercial landscape portfolio — some of the most stunning properties in the region.

This is not your average account management role. Our Signature Division handles luxury clients who expect excellence — vibrant color displays, perfectly manicured turf, and seamless communication. What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of resort and high-end commercial properties, ensuring each site looks its absolute best every day.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and a genuine passion for their properties.
• Oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, and inspect properties to maintain our high quality standards.
• Design and manage flower color programs — seasonal rotations, plant health, and overall presentation.
• Diagnose and solve irrigation and turf issues quickly and efficiently.
• Develop enhancement ideas and proposals to continually improve property value and aesthetics.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail — both in your work and your communication.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams at once.
• A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes!
• Landscape certifications (CLP, CLT, etc.) are a plus but not required.
