We're looking for a results-driven telesales professional who can build rapport quickly, communicate with confidence, and convert conversations into new business.

What We Do: We are a leading medical staffing organisation, supplying healthcare professionals across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making high volume quality outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers across the UK
• Promoting our medical staffing services and identifying immediate or upcoming staffing requirements
• Building strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
• Handling objections professionally and converting leads into active clients
• Meeting and exceeding daily call volumes and conversion targets

What We're Looking For:

• Clear, neutral, and professional spoken English – must be well-spoken and easy to understand for UK clients
• Previous telesales or outbound calling experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
• A confident communicator who thrives under pressure and stays motivated through rejection
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a persistent, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for the majority of the day
