We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Events And Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment. You'll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, selling our luxury villa accommodation, managing event administration from enquiry through to execution, and ensuring flawless client experiences.
Key responsibilities include converting enquiries to bookings, selling luxury villa accommodation, managing event bookings including weddings, corporate functions, and private dining, preparing detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts, coordinating with kitchen, front-of-house, and operations teams, handling event budgets, deposits, and final invoicing, maintaining booking systems and event calendars with precision, managing client correspondence and building strong relationships, preparing event orders and detailed run sheets, tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts, and supporting the events team during high-volume periods.
Essential requirements include proven closing ability, strong administrative skills, numerical competency, personable nature, fast-thinking, and excellent PC skills including MS Office Suite, database/CRM systems, email management, booking/reservation systems, and quick learner for estate-specific software.
Advantageous experience includes previous events, hospitality, or wedding coordination, wine industry knowledge, and a valid driver's license.
