As a Lead QA Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across our products. You'll have the unique opportunity to restructure and revamp our entire QA department. This means redefining processes, championing modern quality practices, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will be the architect of our quality strategy, ensuring our applications meet world-class standards through innovation, automation, and a relentless focus on excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the restructuring and revitalization of the QA department. You will redefine workflows and processes to elevate quality standards across all projects.
• Foster an environment of career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork, where engineers are inspired to learn and innovate.
• Monitor QA team efficiency and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs. Ensure that team members are optimally utilized, and projects are staffed to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows.
• Introduce and implement automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira), and ensure our QA processes stay ahead of industry trends.
