Servicenow Consultant - ITSM & ITOM - Remote Eligible

ServiceNow Consultant

This is a remote position. We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules. Work can be done remotely from Portugal or abroad. The communication with team and stakeholders will be in Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Support the rollout and customization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure and monitoring tools to improve automation and visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform integrity across environments.
• Participate in solution design sessions, testing, and documentation to guarantee successful deployments.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and functional leads to support continuous improvement and platform governance.

Required Qualifications

• About 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Administrator, or Functional Analyst.
• Experience in ITSM module implementation and configuration.
• Exposure to ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB enrichment.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and automation workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, remote-first environment.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
