The Senior Sales Planning & Compensation Analyst will be an integral part of the effective management and execution of 84.51° variable compensation (sales plans). Part of the Total Rewards Team in Human Resources supports the development, execution, and administration of sales compensation plans and sales planning processes. This role helps ensure sales team members are compensated accurately and the sales operations are running efficiently.
