Trilingual HR Services Senior Representative

As Trilingual HR Services Senior Representative, you will play a key role in answering HR, Payroll, Benefit, Stock, and policy questions and resolving issues. Provide answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs in the division of Human Resources. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
The impact you will make in this role:
- You will provide answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs. (Including: phone inquiries, email/web tickets, and walk-in inquiries, follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets, etc.).
- You will drive escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
- You will implement actions required by system and updates Database continually.
- Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.
- You will lead administers/advises IT navigation of supported functions – this may include requesting access, granting access, and advising clients through screen navigation.
- Performs "off-phone" tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.
- Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Partners with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs, or contracted vendors.
Your skills and expertise:
- Fully Trilingual: Fluency in English (B2+/C1), Spanish, and Portuguese (B1/B2)
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 1 year of experience in Customer Service, HR, or Finance.
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Minimum 1-year equivalent work experience preferred
- Workday Experience
- Salesforce Experience
- Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage: Workday; PeopleSoft; SAP, Salesforce, or other HR Systems
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
Work location:
· Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the GSC Costa Rica, Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia.
· Travel: No travel is required, but there may be occasional domestic or international travel if needed.
