3M is seeking a Cross Functional Admin for its Fall Protection Service & Repair team located in London, CA.

The Impact You'll Make In This Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Handling cross-functional Service and Repair duties including but not limited to daily data entry, inventory fulfillment/receiving/movement, and warehousing optimization.
  • Documentation management across all functional areas.
  • Adherence to applicable registration criteria in addition to driving continuous improvements initiatives pertaining to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate knowledge with ERP (QAD and/or SAP) systems.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to support/level load workload as required in various operational functions.
  • Strong emphasis on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • One (1) year of experience in ERP systems in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Post Secondary degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience preferably within a manufacturing/technical organization.
  • Proficient personal computer skills in MS-Windows and Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and completeness of work.
  • Organization skills required to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Experience with process documentation creation.
  • Ability to develop knowledge in alternate administrative and interpersonal skills to fulfill a multitude of tasks as required.
  • Highly motivated and energetic. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple functions and/or organizations (team player approach).

Work location: On-site, London CA

Travel: May include up to 5%.
