Key Accounts Manager, ASD
Sustain existing Business & Develop new Business consistently, focus on Sales & Collection, leverage Industry Trends & gain new & Profitable accounts in given territory.
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales targets for the assigned Territory.
- Drive sales at Key Accounts through channel management and Direct.
- Key Account Management, increase penetration, identify new accounts
- Implementation of Technical and Marketing activities.
- Meeting and influencing key decision makers in industries
- Meet New product targets.
- Strong Product Demonstration skills for proving value proposition.
- Excellent Market intelligence to track Hopper & fill the same for growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Any Engineer/Graduate + Management course with relevant Industrial Products Sales exposure of Key Account management
- Minimum of 5+ years of work related exp (prefer not more than 2 companies)
Preferred Qualifications/Qualities:
- Any PG with Good communication should be able to handle corporate customers.
- Open for outstation travel & ready to do hands on demonstration
Person should possess:
- Large account management ( Maruti Suzuki , Honda Cars, Honda Motorcycle , Hero Moto corps, L&T, BHEL, HAL, TACO, Minda, Jindal Steel, Bhushan Steels etc.)
- Relationship & Networking
- Process driven approach
- Should be able to handle high pressure
- Value selling approach & mindset
- Extensive Travel- approx. 10-15 days per month
- Very strong execution driven approach.
Target Firms: Norton /Stracke/ Klingspore/ Sandvik / Cumi /Ingersoll-Rand/ Stanley Black & Decker/ Kennametal / Bosch/ L&T/ Shell Industrial/ Castrol- Industrial or similar companies.
