Supporting the development and maintenance of existing & new products for the tape platform within the Safety and Industry Business Group SIBG focusing on tape-based solutions.
Conduct technical support for existing business.
Work with product developer for new product scale-up.
Work with manufacturing team keeping product continuity and cost savings programs.
Maintain appropriate technical and system documentation.
Ensuring safe laboratory conditions, the use of life cycle management and EHS best practices.
Willingness to be on-call as needed.
Master's degree or higher in polymer, chemical or engineering discipline from an accredited university.
Minimum of three (3) years of combined Product Engineering and/or Product Development experience.
Interpersonal skills, include working with plant professionals, laboratory and business team personnel.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Good English communication skills (oral and written).
Good EHS awareness.
