Sales Executive (M/F/X)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive in Finland to join our dynamic Personal Safety Division team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M safety solutions. The product groups you will work with are mainly respiratory protection products, welding protection, head, eye, face and fall protection products, as well as hearing protection solutions.

The impact you'll make in this role:

As a Sales Executive at 3M Personal Safety Division for the West part of Finland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of 3M Personal Safety products through proposals and presentations.
  • Provide end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your skills and expertise:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the personal safety or industrial sector either through education or work experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job specifics:

Sales territory - Western part of Finland

Role location - Finland with ideal candidate location Kokkola, Vaasa, Seinäjoki

Travel - May include up to 80% travel in territory

Working pattern - full-time
