As Portfolio Operations Analyst you will play a key role in the Customer Operations team in the division of Safety & Industrial Business Group. In this role you will be able to monitor and resolve customer experience issues and coordinate the creation of related internal and external communications about Portfolio Operations. Ensure the follow-up of requests related to the SIBG portfolio. Work closely with internal contacts to drive improvements or find solutions that are attainable and will best fit the customer's needs.

The impact you will make in this role:

  • Collect generic information of the products in the different information systems of the company for the creation of SKUs.
  • Manage the SKUs creation process from end to end ensuring that the product is ready to be invoiced.
  • Monitor the escalation process, identifying, resolving, and/or escalating issues which require immediate response.
  • Receive requests from the area portfolio leader and identify possible solutions/people to contact to resolve expedited requests.
  • Generation of reports requests that achieve the easy follow-up and the performance of the role.
  • Identify the root cause of the problems affecting the customer in the process and recognize escalation process management.
  • Find the opportunities to improve the actual process, focused in customer excellence.
  • Negotiate with involved teams to solve the customer's request.
  • Lead coordination meetings with multifunctional teams (APL, Supply, Customer Service, CDL´s).
  • Has the governance and execution of portfolio operations process until the final solution is implemented.

Your skills and expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Graduated on Administration, Marketing, Business, or correlated areas
  • Experience in business process (3 - 4 years)
  • English intermediate-advanced, Portuguese is a plus.
