Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative in the office (m/w/*) at the Villach location, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge strategically to advance our mutual success. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting our international customers
• Capturing and processing customer orders including direct customer contact
• Following up on customer concerns and handling complaints
• Creating and preparing shipping documents
• Serving as the communication interface between customers and our internal departments such as production, technology, and sales

Your qualifications include:

• Successfully completed commercial school or vocational training (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Experience in customer service is advantageous
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Good proficiency in MS-Office
• Ability to work in a team and a reliable, independent, and meticulous working style

For this position, a minimum gross annual salary of € 44,536.94 is provided with the willingness to offer more based on your qualifications and professional experience.
