Job Description:

To achieve and exceed sales targets from customers in the assigned territory for 3M Personal Safety Division.

To manage sales activities such as customer visits, conducting demonstration, end user training, surveys, maintenance camps, cross functional collaboration.

Implementing marketing activities in the territory.

To execute market development activities – Multi Contact program, Industrial Exhibition, Industrial awareness campaigns etc.

Manage and establish key stakeholder connect with top key accounts.

To define territory plan and execute it.

To drive distributor sales representatives to achieve desired results.

Work and drive as per monthly business plan with the distributors.

To provide insights gathered from the field to management team on competition, emerging customer preferences etc.

To conduct survey related to Fall protection & prepare BOQ related to the survey.

To co-ordinate with installers for project execution.

To support other Area Sales Managers for delivering technical proposal for the fall protection opportunities.

To conduct management presentation on 3M Solutions.
